GENERAL
Scoffable BREW is available to purchase exclusively via our store.
We accept all major UK debit and credit cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Yes, our glass bottles and cardboard packaging is fully recyclable.
Placing items into your shopping basket does not guarantee the items will remain in stock. Once an item has been purchased, we will send you an order confirmation email. If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.
Once an order is processed, we will not be able to cancel or make any edits to an order.

Currently, Scoffable BREW is only available in cases of 12x 330ml Glass Bottles.
Not at the moment, it's available exclusively via our store.
DELIVERY
We offer a free standard delivery service to most parts of Scotland, England and Wales. If you are eligible for free delivery, this will be indicated at the checkout.
Unfortunately, addresses in Northern Ireland are not eligible for free delivery. The additional cost will be indicated at the checkout upon entering a delivery address.
Orders placed before 13:00PM on working days (typically Monday to Friday) will be despatched via the DPD 24Hr service on the same day (otherwise they will be despatched on the next working day).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be despatched on the next working day.

We currently ship to mainland UK.
At times, shipping carriers may mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later time. If your package has not arrived, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly in the first instance. If you require any further assistance email help@scoffable.com and we can look into this further.
If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver your order on more than one occasion your package will be marked as Returned to Sender. We recommend you reach out to the shipping carrier directly to reschedule a delivery date. If you require any further assistance email help@scoffable.com and we can look into this further.
Once an order has processed for shipment, we can no longer update the shipping address. We recommend you reach out to the respective shipping carrier directly to try and redirect your package. If you require any further assistance email help@scoffable.com and we can look into this further.
We currently despatch all orders via DPD.
SUITABILITY
Yes, Scoffable BREW is suitable for both Vegetarian and Vegan lifestyles.
No, Scoffable BREW does not contain any artificial sweeteners.
Scoffable BREW is not an alcoholic drink, however, alcohol is used as a preservative in the production process. The total alcohol content is less than 0.05%
Yes, it contains added caffeine.
Scoffable BREW does not contain gluten.
Scoffable BREW does not contain soya.
No. Scoffable BREW has not been certified as halal by a relevant certifying body.
No. Whilst the ingredients of Scoffable BREW may be kosher suitable, it has not been certified as kosher by a relevant certifying body.
RETURNS
We are sorry you received a damaged order. Please contact us by emailing help@scoffable.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you could make sure to include some images of the damaged product.
All Scoffable BREW purchases made directly on our website are final sale and we are unable to accept returns or refunds on our products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
